About the Role

The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients by establishing and leading a high-performing team.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to deliver operational consistency across a complex portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Clients - Build strong relationships across the client organisation to ensure expectations are met.
  • Managing Client Contracts - Establish account vision and strategy to deliver exceptional service.
  • Team Management - Build a high-performing, motivated team by hiring top talent and providing regular feedback, coaching, and recognition.
  • Operational Oversight - Implement technology and reporting systems to support service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, lease management, business, or a related field; or 10+ years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related industry.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in property management systems and strong computer literacy.
  • Experience in managing high-level client finances.
  • In-depth knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Proven ability to interpret and manage commercial contracts.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and financial analysis.
