Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Portfolio Manager to lead a complex initiative rolling out a Portfolio & Work Management Solution across multiple organisational streams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading workshops with diverse stakeholder groups, managing functional and non-functional requirements, translating capabilities into clear test cases, and maintaining traceability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Manage both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Translate capabilities into clear test cases and maintain traceability
  • Perform as-is / to-be analysis to shape future-state processes
  • Owning end-to-end business lifecycle analysis across multiple streams
  • Support test and release planning with clear business-driven outcomes
  • Enable effective stakeholder engagement at all levels, from technical teams to senior executives
  • Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Clarity to support agile and wagile delivery models
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as an Enterprise Portfolio Manager
  • Proven experience running complex stakeholder workshops
  • Demonstrated capability with Planview or similar systems i.e portfolio management solutions
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence
  • Strong understanding of BABOK-aligned practices
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise programs involving 10+ stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to produce traceable, testable, business-aligned requirements
