Outside School Hours Care Director Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to become a key figure in our dynamic team, working closely with schools and communities to deliver exceptional before and after-school care programs.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader who can build strong relationships with children, families, and school staff. As a director, you will be responsible for managing a team of educators, implementing engaging programs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

About the Role
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Location: Reservoir (VIC 3073)
  • Service Times: 7:00am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:00pm plus 10.5 hours admin per week

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. You will work collaboratively with our regional manager and mentor to ensure your success in this position.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with school staff, children, and families
  2. Develop and implement engaging programs that meet the needs of children and families
  3. Manage and lead a team of educators to ensure high-quality service delivery
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  5. Perform administrative tasks, including rostering and documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within the OSHC industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative programs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
