**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Education Program Leader to support our Centre Director on day-to-day operations at a leading early learning centre.

This role involves creating positive, professional, and genuine relationships with team members, children, and their families. You will leverage your experience to develop and deliver high standards of educational programs, while focusing on quality improvement and supporting teams to understand and follow policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be warm, compassionate, and gentle in their communication, with strong time management, organisational, written, and verbal skills. You will display high levels of initiative and motivation whilst being proactive and flexible with a mature approach.

You will work closely with our qualified Early Childhood Teachers to deliver our Pre-Kindy and Kindy program (4-6 years old) which is designed to support our children in developing their skills and abilities essential to achieving success in future learning environments.

Our centre has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age. We have state-of-the-art facilities, including a kitchen and culinary lesson area, as well as a parent lounge where families can connect or meet with educators over coffee and a treat.

Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Current Child Protection Training
- Previous Assistant Director experience (preferred, not essential)
