**About Our Program**

We provide high-quality Outside School Hours Care to primary aged children. Our dedicated educators care for children before school, after school and during school holidays, creating a supportive environment for every child to grow and develop.

**The Role**

You will oversee a program located in this area, working with a team to provide high-quality care to up to 75 children. You will enjoy a homely feel as you facilitate activities, games and events that keep everyone smiling. The program has created a sensory garden with a First Nations touch, incorporating bush food and visual cues.

Your role will be to continue extending upon this and contribute to the growth and development of the program.

You will be an experienced OSHC professional, with leadership experience, a true educator at heart, focussed on the children's voice, a mentor to your team, supporting them on their journey of growth, and a great communicator who enjoys interacting with the broader community and building relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care to children
- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of the children and the community
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging collaboration and communication
- Build and maintain relationships with families and the broader community
- Monitor and evaluate the program's progress, making recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**

- Hold a Diploma in School Aged Education and Care or equivalent qualification;
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain;
- Hold a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
