This role focuses on breakfast service and function catering, requiring someone who thrives in early starts, maintains high standards, and is confident working independently.

  • Manage daily breakfast operations at Hotel Alba, including creating prep lists, stock rotation, inventory monitoring, and assisting with rostering.
  • Execute function and event catering, including setup, service, and pack-down.
  • Assist with other service periods at both Hotel Alba and The Terrace Hotel.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment in line with food safety standards.
  • Work independently during solo shifts and collaborate with the kitchen team as needed.
