  • Execute function and event catering, including setup, service, and pack-down.
  • Ensure timely completion of responsibilities and adherence to recipes and standards.
Kitchen Environment:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment in line with food safety standards.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and storage standards.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently during solo shifts and collaborate with the team as needed.
  • Comprehensive recipe knowledge for all menu items.
