Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to join our boutique in Sydney. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our boutique by managing day-to-day operations and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Assist the Store Manager with business analysis and action plans to achieve success
  • Act as a manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is absent
  • Support the Store Manager in integrating and training new and existing team members
  • Proactively participate in VIP events and orders, and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized sales support and after-sales care
Qualifications
  • Possess a 'can-do' attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in Luxury retail management, and store operations with direct reports
  • Exhibits critical thinking skills and is strong in solution-oriented problem-solving
  • Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious, and provides complete follow-through on all aspects of responsibility
  • Must be flexible to change and adaptability in work responsibilities
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Having a 'team player' spirit and the ability to work well within a group/team dynamic
  • Proficiency with MS Office software required – possess expertise in Excel
