
Compensation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for managing high-volume payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing for approximately 1,000 casual staff weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely weekly payroll
- End-of-month and end-of-year payroll balancing and reporting
- Manage STP submissions and superannuation lodgements
- Handle terminations, adjustments, and classification changes
- Maintain accurate personnel and client data in systems
- Assist the Payroll Manager and support team members
Requirements:
- Detail oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
- Skilled in data entry and administrative tasks
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Natural multitasker who manages time effectively
- Tech savvy with intermediate Excel skills
