Job Title: Compensation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for managing high-volume payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing for approximately 1,000 casual staff weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate and timely weekly payroll
  • End-of-month and end-of-year payroll balancing and reporting
  • Manage STP submissions and superannuation lodgements
  • Handle terminations, adjustments, and classification changes
  • Maintain accurate personnel and client data in systems
  • Assist the Payroll Manager and support team members

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
  • Skilled in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Natural multitasker who manages time effectively
  • Tech savvy with intermediate Excel skills
