**About The Role**
Right now, we are looking for a Recover At Work Advisor to join the team.
You will be responsible for:
- Facilitate a return to work to pre-injury duties by working with the injured worker, their representatives, host client, relevant insurers, and others as appropriate to achieve positive RTW outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with Managers on all aspects of activities concerning to return to work, rehabilitation initiatives, reasonable adjustments, injury prevention and safe return to work after a workplace injury has occurred.
- Effectively manage statutory claims to maximise outcomes for both the injured worker and therefore the organisation.
- Maintain information and processes within the organisations Injury Management Software.
- Prepare reports related to RTW claim status for external stakeholders and host clients
- Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders for a greater return to work outcome
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter with a drive to deliver and be passionate about helping others succeed.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience in a return to work and/or injury management position
- Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously
- Ability to effectively lead the coordination of workers compensation claims management processes and early intervention strategies
- Highly proficient in the use of technology; Microsoft suite of products, and online injury management software
