Job Title:

Clinical Governance Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned clinical governance professional to lead the development, management, and implementation of quality, evidence-based, and safe clinical practice across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and leadership of clinical governance initiatives, including coordination of quality management and risk management programs.
  • Participation in relevant management committees, overseeing audits and investigations of clinical incidents.
  • Collaboration with department heads to support staff in developing good clinical practice and effective quality processes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective leadership and management in clinical governance, patient safety, and quality management at senior level.
  • Conceptual and analytical skills for strategic development, monitoring, and evaluation of activities.
