Job Title: Senior Clinical Governance Specialist - Women's Health

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Women's Health Division, you will be responsible for leading clinical governance initiatives and ensuring compliance with national safety and quality health service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead clinical governance initiatives to improve patient outcomes and drive continuous accreditation readiness.Develop and implement evidence-based improvements to enhance clinical governance practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects and manage complex service delivery processes.Support education, research, and evaluation to ensure quality frameworks are embedded in practice.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse and/or Midwife qualification or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience in relevant nursing or midwifery practice.Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead consumer engagement and support staff development.Sound knowledge of clinical governance, including quality improvement systems, accreditation standards, and risk management frameworks.
