Global Shipment Manager

Job Description
This is a key role within our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full shipment lifecycle to ensure accuracy and efficiency in meeting customer requirements.
The role involves working closely with customers from the initiation of shipments through to completion, overseeing all related tasks, maintaining daily communication, managing reporting, and handling emails.
A high level of attention to detail, critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills are required to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma/ TAFE/ Graduate Degree or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of freight forwarding operations / logistics and supply chain industry or similar experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
