About the Role

This position plays a crucial part in driving change engagement and communications across multiple initiatives within Wealth and Personal Banking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing communication activities, supporting the realisation of benefits for customers, people, and community, and achieving sustainable outcomes aligned with the broader business strategy.

  • Developing and delivering effective communication plans and campaigns for projects, communicating these to the business/employees
  • Building relationships to influence outcomes and support the delivery of outputs that meet the needs of this global brand
  • Collaborating with project partners to develop and implement communication strategies

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal communication, preferably within financial services and retail banking, with experience in designing, developing, and implementing communication and engagement plans across multiple transformation projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business-related field
  • 5-10 years' work experience with strong business acumen and working in an internal communication role
  • Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and implementing communication and engagement plans
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including the ability to manage and produce high-quality written material for various audiences
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and complex large-scale environments
