We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at ClearCompany. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering various services and support in our desktop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate SOE rollouts and upcoming desktop environment changes through an approved Change Management process.
- Administer and modify Group Policy objects.
- Develop and enhance automated processes to release new solutions into the live environment in a timely, repeatable fashion.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem rectification, including system changes required to prevent a recurrence of the incident.
- Ensure that all requests (Service, Tasks and Incidents) are managed in a timely manner using the service management tool.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting and managing SOE, experience with application packaging and support, SCCM/Intune, Group Policy, Azure, Active Directory, Endpoint Management and general desktop support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating system and domain administration (e.g. MCSE/MCITP certified).
- Strong client service skills and technical competency.
- Ability to work well in a geographically dispersed team environment as well as autonomously.
