Senior Transaction Leader

Overview

The Senior Transaction Leader is responsible for leading a collaborative and innovative team that oversees transaction management activities and project approvals to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale redevelopments.

This role requires a deep understanding of both public and private sectors in terms of project delivery, combined with a track record of innovation within a public sector environment to attract market participation and secure necessary approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement interactive tendering processes in accordance with agreed probity and process frameworks.
  • Oversee and coordinate the development of tender documentation, including expressions of interest through to request for proposals.
  • Successfully engage and negotiate with government stakeholders, institutional investors, and key industry players.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in transaction management and project delivery.
  • Deep understanding of public and private sectors.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
