We are seeking a highly skilled Caseworker to join our team at Be Recruitment Group. As a Caseworker, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred, strength-based support to clients who are experiencing alcohol and drug addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive case management to clients experiencing AOD issues
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, including CBT, mindfulness, and ACT, in individual and group settings
  • Build key working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage crises effectively and provide specialist expertise in complex case management
  • Utilize a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to case management
  • Manage a caseload and work collaboratively in a team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Casework or Counsellor role, specializing in AOD, mental health, or similar
  • Degree or Diploma qualification in Social Work or similar
  • A current NSW driver's license and own transport to access the service
  • NSW Working With Children Check
  • Vaccination for COVID-19
