Lead high-performance engineering efforts by conceptualizing, designing and implementing technology solutions that drive growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions contributing to the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize, design and implement technology solutions for accelerating product growth
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives
3. Deliver impactful solutions contributing to the overall growth strategy
4. Own the full development lifecycle from initial design and implementation to testing, deployment and maintenance of infrastructure solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 4+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
* Experience leading new technology development for established teams
* Ability to design durable extensible systems while also feeling comfortable building a first version quickly to validate and iterate
* Proficiency in full-stack development familiarity with application development technologies (Web Typescript Postgre SQL Graph QL) and experience in backend technologies (such as Node.js Python AWS)
* Experience in data-driven optimization including familiarity with databases data modeling and data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. SQL No SQL data warehouses Snowflake Big Query etc.)
* Experience in conducting experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different growth strategies features and user experiences and iterating based on data-driven findings
