Senior Communications Lead & Performance Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Manager to lead communications initiatives across the organization and drive transformation through performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies and campaigns that align Technology and Business stakeholders with business objectives.
  • Create engaging training materials and communications that support capability uplift driven by business programs.
  • Provide strategic counsel and insights on communications, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift to senior leaders/team members.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes and metrics align with the broader business roadmap and strategic planning.
  • Drive planning cycles, performance tracking, and reporting for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or campaign management within a large organization.
  • Strong background in Agile delivery, product ownership, or performance management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, translating complex information into clear content.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials and internal communications programs.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset interpreting data and performance metrics to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Planview, and AI platforms to support delivery and capability uplift.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, coaching and inspiring teams.
