Job Description:

The Procurement Category Specialist will play a vital role in the company's strategic transformation, supporting the development and execution of sourcing strategies across assigned spend areas.

Responsibilities include providing analytical, administrative and operational support to the Category Manager, ensuring procurement activity aligns with business objectives.

Additionally, the Procurement Category Specialist will contribute to the efficient delivery of procurement projects, maintaining supplier and contract records whilst driving value outcomes, compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of achievement as a Procurement Coordinator, Procurement Analyst, Strategic Sourcing Officer or similar, with experience supporting diverse range of projects and responsibilities.
  • Both analytical and commercial skills are required.
  • Comfortable managing multiple competing projects and adept at providing crisp insights to support findings.
