Job Description

As a Change Manager, you will drive strategic transformation and enhance efficiency across the Private Banking business by delivering exceptional client experiences through innovative advice technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end change initiatives, collaborating with clients, bankers, advice services teams, product specialists, and leadership to deliver transformational change.

Focus on driving continuous improvement in key advice systems, sourcing and implementing new systems to enhance the advice lifecycle.

Develop and maintain high-quality change management deliverables, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change impact assessments.

  • Manage business-wide transformation and change initiatives, impacting processes and technology within the financial advice sector.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing, engaging effectively at all levels.
  • Client-focused mindset, transforming client interactions and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Deep understanding of advice processes, advice technology systems, and best practice implementation, coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills.
