Equipment Operations Specialist

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and processes. This position involves taking charge of planned maintenance elements within our Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include leading process development, implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements, and partnering with line leaders to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale targets for lines. You will also own technology and process centerline settings for equipment, develop preventive and time-based maintenance systems, and execute these plans for lines.
Additionally, you will be responsible for building technical and maintenance skills of technicians working in shifts, enabling them to operate and maintain equipment independently. Representation of the department/line as site technology owner in regional and global technology forums is also a critical aspect of this role.
Requirements- Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently.
- Experience with AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3.
- Capability to lead a role for the line, qualify, and coach next-level SWP owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA approach.
