Production Operations Specialist

Nomad Coffee Group is a collective of people and brands who believe great coffee can make a difference to the everyday.

We are seeking a professional with experience in operating automated equipment in high-volume environments, to join our team.

The role involves operating Rovema equipment, maintaining safety and quality standards, as well as cleaning and housekeeping.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating automated Rovema equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Cleaning and housekeeping
  • Committing to safety and quality assurance

  • Mechanical aptitude with experience operating automated equipment
  • Understanding of SQF, HACCP and GMP principles, with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability
