Commercial Strategy Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a healthcare startup from day one.

You will work directly with our founding team to build something that matters. Your role will evolve as rapidly as we grow, and your ideas will shape how we develop and expand our business.

You will be responsible for meeting with clinic owners, practice managers, and clinicians to demonstrate how Refr Health breaks down referral barriers.

You will also attend conferences and deliver product demonstrations, own the onboarding experience for new clinics, identify opportunities and nurture relationships across allied health, lead a team as we scale, spearhead our expansion into new markets or verticals, and shape our product roadmap based on your frontline insights.

This is an education-led approach, not hard-sell. You will use your healthcare knowledge to show clinicians how Refr Health makes their lives easier and patient outcomes better.

  • Healthcare background (physiotherapist, practice manager, or similar)
  • A-player with a track record of success
