Senior Mental Health Program Manager

Your role at a leading mental health service provider involves leading our Medicare services in Armadale and Gosnells, WA.

The positions provide a safe and welcoming space for locals to access free mental health support and services. Our teams are staffed by qualified mental health professionals and individuals with lived experience.

  • Ensure prioritization and delegation of duties for caregiver caseloads.
  • Promote professional values and ethics in clinical practice.
  • Demonstrate consolidated, current knowledge of research and evidence-based practice in mental health programs.

You will lead initiatives to improve the safety and quality of consumer care and provide mental health services to complex client groups. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a leadership role within a community-based mental health setting.

You will bring demonstrated expertise in delivering individual and group therapy across a range of mental health presentations and be well-versed in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices.
