At DFP Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for participants, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dynamic environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and excellent attention to detail. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting with front-of-house support, guiding customers and addressing face-to-face enquiries.
  2. Managing participant matters by actioning planning tasks in line with the NDIS Act.
  3. Handling enquiries via phone, email, and the NDIA online support system.
  4. Coordinating appointments and ensuring office facilities are accessible for all participants.
  5. Conducting research, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  6. Receiving and logging complaints and feedback, ensuring appropriate follow-ups.
  7. Performing data entry and ensuring records are updated and accurate.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Candidate should have experience in providing customer service.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with participants and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and reports.
  • A team-oriented mindset to collaborate and contribute positively within a team.
