About the Role

Hearing Australia is seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As an Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for the logistical coordination and administration of outreach visits.

You will support the Manager with rostering of clinical staff availability for outreach trips, act as the primary point of contact for enquiries relating to outreach visits and services, confirm outreach trip dates with communities and stakeholders in advance, and invoicing & receipting as required.

You will also liaise with the Manager and the Work Health Safety team to assess and monitor potential hazards on outreach trips, reevaluate trips, minimise risks and cancel or reschedule trips when necessary.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills, an understanding of First Nations communities, and the ability to deliver outputs collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders.
