Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, handle confidential correspondence, and maintain office systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Organize corporate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, venue bookings, catering, and guest coordination.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive and committee meetings.
  • Process invoices, track expenditures, and assist with budget preparation.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks with professionalism and discretion. Your experience in executive support, organization, and problem-solving will be essential in ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems like Smartsheet. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information is also required.
