Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of consumer growth, merchandising, pricing, and affordability strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute optimal pricing strategies for customers and business
  • Optimize fee structures locally through operational improvements and collaborate with international teams on new product launches
  • Create value for consumers and the business through optimized pricing structure, delivering tangible and immediate results
  • Lead Australia's Affordability workstream, collaborating with other teams, finance strategy, analytics, product, and more

Requirements:

  • 6-9+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields
  • Strong business acumen, able to identify 'so what' from data, interdependencies between teams, and translate into operational strategy
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership, comfortable in a highly-visible role, able to collaborate and influence effectively, and set the pace for the rest of the business
  • Proven analytical skills, delivering actionable recommendations; advanced Excel skills and competency in SQL and dashboards is required
