Water Infrastructure Design Lead

A leading organization specializing in water system services has an exciting opportunity for a Design Manager to join their Water Infrastructure group.

The team focuses on innovation and emerging technologies, offering comprehensive planning, design, and construction solutions for water infrastructure projects.

As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary project delivery teams and working closely with end clients and contractors to deliver high-quality projects within constraints of quality, time, and budget.

You will work collaboratively with leaders across the ANZ team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your water infrastructure knowledge, leadership, coordination, and communication skills to engage and guide multidisciplinary project delivery teams effectively.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the constraints of quality, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the ANZ team for project delivery.

Requirements:

  • A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to outstanding quality standards.
  • Proven experience in design management, overseeing the planning, design, and execution of projects.
  • Experience in and understanding of water infrastructure, including pumps, pipes, or treatment systems, as well as exposure to key water infrastructure clients within NSW.
  • Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
