Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our new $52mil Aquatic & Leisure Centre in East Keilor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving innovation, and building a passionate and engaged team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in leisure management, with experience in planning and execution of operational, financial, and people plans. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport and positive relationships with people, and have a flair for influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of visitors and employees, coaching and developing leaders to deliver KPIs, and leading a high-performance community-minded culture. You will also be accountable for achieving budget performance, program, and diversity targets, maintaining a high-value relationship with our council partner, and implementing a high-value customer service proposition.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving innovation, and building a passionate and engaged team. If you have a strong background in leisure management, excellent communication skills, and a flair for influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes, we want to hear from you.
About the PerksAs a staff member of Belgravia Leisure, you will have access to all the leisure facilities in the Moonee Valley area, including Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Queens Park Swimming Pool. You will also be eligible to earn a bonus of up to 10% of your salary by achieving your key performance indicators.
