About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our team at the Keilor East Leisure Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, while assisting the Centre Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams
  • Assist the Centre Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our patrons and staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check
