The successful candidate will have a strong background in leisure management, with experience in planning and execution of operational, financial, and people plans. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport and positive relationships with people, and have a flair for influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of visitors and employees, coaching and developing leaders, leading a high-performance community-minded culture, achieving budget performance, program, and diversity targets, and maintaining a high-value relationship with our council partner.

About the CentreThe aquatic and recreation centre features a range of facilities, including a 50m heated outdoor pool, 25m indoor lap pool, learn to swim pool, warm water program pool, spa, steam, and sauna, as well as an indoor water playground for young children.
The centre also includes multi-purpose rooms for health and fitness classes, gym, wellness, café, family change rooms, and creche, all with a high level of regard to disability access.
