We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Duty Manager to join our team at the Keilor East Leisure Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience of our patrons, while also maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safe operation of the aquatic facilities, including pools, spas, and water playgrounds.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the aquatic facilities, including pool plant systems and water quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR
- Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- Current National Police Check
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current Pool Operations Certificate
