The successful candidate will have a strong background in leisure management, with experience in planning and execution of operational, financial, and people plans. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport and positive relationships with people, and have a flair for influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of visitors and employees, coaching and developing leaders to deliver KPIs, and leading a high-performance community-minded culture. You will also be accountable for achieving budget performance, program, and diversity targets, maintaining a high-value relationship with our council partner, and implementing a high-value customer service proposition.
We are looking for a strong people leader who can develop and execute plans through engagement with our leadership team, key stakeholders, and Council. If you have a passion for leisure and want to utilize your skills and experience in the industry, we want to hear from you.
About the PerksAs a staff member of Belgravia Leisure, you will have access to all the leisure facilities in the Moonee Valley area, including Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Queens Park Swimming Pool. You will also be eligible to earn a bonus of up to 10% of your salary by achieving your key performance indicators.
