Job Description

This role is centered around driving customer success for our managed services team, delivering modern cloud-first outcomes for Microsoft cloud-native products.

About The Role

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to drive customer success on your accounts and contribute to continually building and improving a CSM capability with an emphasis on a modern cloud-only approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Create meaningful, trust-based relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure seamless communication
  • Represent the voice of the customer to align the team with customer needs
  • Work with C-level stakeholders to design and deliver modern support solutions
  • Act as the customer advocate in guiding a team of technical resources to deliver technical outcomes
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities with existing customers
  • Govern small projects for new or existing customers and deliver agile improvements
  • Provide regular reports on performance and contract status; facilitate regular client meetings to discuss requests, issues, and processes
  • Monitor team workload, priorities, and progress; pursue continual service improvement; monitor TOIL and waste reduction
