We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Account Manager. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and help drive their success with Microsoft cloud technologies.
The Customer Success Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to improve their experience, and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver proactive services and ensure that our customers achieve value from their Microsoft investment.
This role requires strong relationship management skills, technical knowledge, and business acumen. If you have experience accelerating the success of Digital Native Businesses through Cloud services, we want to hear from you.
About the Role- Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve their experience
- Develop and implement customer-specific roadmaps to drive business value
- Work with internal teams to deliver proactive services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accelerate customer adoption and usage of Microsoft cloud technologies
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and solution delivery
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
- Broad understanding of Microsoft technologies and industry directions
- Program management skills, including resource orchestration and communication
- Account planning and portfolio management experience
