Key Responsibilities
  1. Daily Operations Management: Oversee staff management, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Quality Control and Inventory Management: Ensure quality control, inventory management, ordering supplies, and build relationships with suppliers to maintain high standards.
  3. Financial Management: Drive financial management, including revenue growth and forecasting labor and inventory needs to optimize profitability.
  4. Staff Incentives and Standards: Implement staff incentives and standards to promote motivation and excellence.
  5. Customer Service: Promote customer service, ensuring satisfaction, resolving complaints, and building positive relationships.
  6. Human Resource Objectives: Achieve human resource objectives by recruiting, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
