Job Title

The Event & Warehouse Manager role involves overseeing the logistical aspects of events and warehouse operations.

This includes managing event setup and pack-down, handling bump-in and bump-out logistics, driving company vans to deliver and set up at events, and ensuring warehouses are organized for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bump-in & Out Events: Handle the logistics of bumping in and bumping out at events.
  • Event Setup & Pack Down: Oversee and participate in the physical setup and pack-down of events.
  • Driving: Deliver and set up at our events.
  • Warehouse Organisation: Station and prepare events in our warehouse.
  • On Site Management: Ensure our events and carts are picture-perfect and our operations run seamlessly.
  • Operations: Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue.
  • Client Relationships: Foster harmonious relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate.
  • Team Work: Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success.
Requirements
  • Passion: A love for events and bringing events to life.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid Australian Open Driver's License.
  • Physical stamina and willingness to tackle tasks like lifting and moving equipment.
