The Role: Pricing Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our Merchandise Support Team. As a Pricing Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Strategies: Develop and implement pricing strategies that meet our commitment to 'low prices' and drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Lead projects within the pricing team to deliver results-driven outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct regular pricing analyses and recommend strategies based on data and industry insights.
  • Price Optimization: Manage and optimize prices at the product level to align with our category strategies.
  • Customer Focus: Understand how pricing impacts customer perceptions and ensure our prices are competitive.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with buying teams to build confidence in our pricing strategies.
  • Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to maintain data integrity and ensure price changes are effectively communicated.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and report on the results of pricing changes.

About You

  • Experience: You have a strong background as a merchandise or pricing analyst, with a focus on revenue and profitability.
  • Analytical Skills: You excel at using data to manage multiple product categories.
  • Project Leadership: You can run projects and provide insights to advance our pricing processes.
  • Tech Savviness: You have advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical solutions.
  • Communication: You have outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
