Job Description:

Quay Appointments is seeking an ICT Technical Trainer/consultant to assist with required Training and Development, Design and Change program rollout and future needs.

To be successful, you will have proven demonstratable experience within the Legal profession delivering and working with the Elite suite; 3e, Mattersphere and Matter Planning.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Design, Develop and Deliver: Ongoing and specialised learning and development programs, to build staff technical capability for optimal performance.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis, identify technical capability gaps and design learning programs.
  • Design and Development: Design and develop innovative eLearning solutions including the creation of videos, digital content and simulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain Enterprise Systems documentation, to ensure it is up to date in relation to training guides and material.
  • Change Management: Adapting to the changing L&D needs of the business, whilst developing L&D activities that can be implemented as part of an overall change management program.
  • Support and Introduction: Support the introduction of a new or upgraded process, system, technology ensuring a good understanding and adoption.

Requirements: Must have Legal experience and a government background would also be an advantage.
