About Our Organisation

We deliver high-quality care under the NDIS. With a growing footprint and commitment to financial excellence, we're seeking a finance professional to strengthen our operations and drive performance.

We need a Junior Finance Manager with strong background in management accounting to join us. You'll play a key role in driving financial performance across the business.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in management accounting or similar role, with strong understanding of payroll, labour costing, rostering, and SCHADS Award. They will be confident working with Xero, KeyPay, EmploymentHero, and CareMaster, and have strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with operational leaders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, and cashflow management
  • Ensure timely and accurate financials, including AP and transaction-level governance
  • Provide regular reporting and performance commentary to stakeholders
  • Partner with operations teams to align rostering, invoicing, and costs with NDIS funding models
  • Support and mentor AP and payroll staff
  • Contribute to improving financial systems, governance, and internal controls
About You
  • 3–5 years in a management accounting or similar role
  • Experience managing finances for a business with significant turnover
  • Strong understanding of payroll, labour costing, rostering, and SCHADS Award
  • Confident working with Xero, KeyPay, EmploymentHero, and CareMaster
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with operational leaders
  • Experience or willingness to learn NDIS pricing and compliance frameworks
