About the Role

We're seeking a Junior Finance Manager with a strong background in management accounting to join our team. You'll play a key role in strengthening financial operations and driving performance across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, and cashflow management
  • Ensure timely and accurate financials, including AP and transaction-level governance
  • Provide regular reporting and performance commentary to stakeholders
  • Partner with operations teams to align rostering, invoicing, and costs with NDIS funding models
  • Support and mentor AP and payroll staff
  • Contribute to improving financial systems, governance, and internal controls
About You
  • 3–5 years in a management accounting or similar role
  • Experience managing finances for a business with ~US$30M turnover
  • Strong understanding of payroll, labour costing, rostering, and SCHADS Award
  • Confident working with Xero, KeyPay, EmploymentHero, and CareMaster
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with operational leaders
  • Experience or willingness to learn NDIS pricing and compliance frameworks
