Job Title: Healthcare Security Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain a safe and secure environment through regular patrols and monitoring of security systems.
  • To respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
  • To work closely with clinical staff to provide support and assistance as needed.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and events.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all interactions are professional and courteous.

Requirements:

  • A current Class 1A Security License with the NSW Security Industry 1997.
  • A Current First Aid Certificate.
  • An Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
  • The ability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
