Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Corporate Cafe Experience Specialist to join our team at Hub Australia. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a background in hospitality or customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating personalized experiences for members and guests, showcasing your barista artistry by preparing a variety of beverages, and managing the day-to-day operations of our cafe. You will also play a crucial role in organizing and executing workplace events, from small meetings to larger gatherings.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized interactions and tailored beverage offerings.
  • Manage cafe operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute engaging workplace events that meet the needs of our diverse membership base.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • Experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and pragmatic approach to addressing challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and external stakeholders.
