Job Description

We are seeking a skilled compensation and benefits expert to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in remuneration analysis, with an ASX listed company. They will be responsible for providing analytical support, ongoing research, reward modeling, and compensation analysis for remuneration, equity, and benefits programs.

This role will play a critical part in supporting the design and implementation of effective reward strategies that align with our goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations and ASX listing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and benchmark remuneration packages, monitor market trends and best practices, and support the design of reward programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Support the head of governance and performance with committee and board engagement, including undertaking research and analysis, benchmarking, drafting and reviewing board materials, and assisting in the development and delivery of the annual remuneration report and other external disclosures.
  • Support the administration of equity plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies in conjunction with various stakeholders.
  • Provide support for the annual remuneration review process and other reward activities, including data analysis, reporting, and communication to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and legal departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication of remuneration strategies.
  • Engage with external advisors and consultants to benchmark executive remuneration practices and stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in remuneration analysis, with an ASX listed company.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
