Project Delivery Lead

This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage and deploy implementation projects across multiple sites.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project management plans to guide the execution of the Fire Alarm Monitoring System.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of operational support procedures.
  • Manage industry standards, safety, and operating procedures for activities implementing engineering operations end-to-end.
  • Drive the implementation of enterprise governance systems and policies, including safety, environmental, WHS, risk, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering or Information Technology or certified equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing robust and reliable software systems, including quality assurance and configuration management.
  • Experience in managing technical solutions within a project construct, including adherence to time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence, build trust, shape conversations, and change behaviors through effective relationships.
