Chief Enterprise Software Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Chief Enterprise Software Implementation Specialist to lead Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementations from initiation through to post-go-live.
About The Role- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HCM implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, scopes, risks, and resource allocations to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
- Apply best practice project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches, to drive successful project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project governance and status reporting across all levels of stakeholders.
- You are a highly motivated and organized professional with a strong background in managing enterprise software implementations, preferably HCM or payroll-related projects.
- You possess:
- Proven experience delivering HCM/Payroll solutions or similar solutions, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional projects, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust and driving results.
