The role of an Accreditations Coordinator involves managing the accreditation process for our broker network. This will involve preparing documentation, facilitating accreditation completion, submitting documents to lenders, and maintaining data integrity within our CRM system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare lender accreditation documentation accurately and on time.
  • Facilitate accreditation completion for new and existing brokers.
  • Submit documents to lenders with speed and accuracy.
  • Manage accreditation progress with brokers and lenders.
  • Maintain data integrity of accreditation information in our CRM system.
  • Respond to daily emails and support the Onboarding Team.
  • Work with lenders and the Product Team to update the network on changes to lender requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Agreements Team to improve the accreditations process.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team's success.
  • 1-2 years of customer service/administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and outstanding customer service orientation.
