Accreditation and Clinical Policy Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to maintain our accreditation evidence portals, coordinate clinical policy and procedure programs, and ensure high-quality care for our customers.

  • Compliance with regulatory bodies and support front-line teams to develop processes for accreditation readiness.
  • Coordination of preparation for accreditation assessment visits, provide support during assessments, and disseminate findings through various media formats.
  • Audits and maintenance of escalation and reporting processes in liaison with the Accreditation and Quality Partner.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify policies and procedures where implementation plans are required and provide support to develop these.

We require a candidate with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and post-graduate experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering accreditation programs in complex healthcare environments.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, Clinical Audit, Quality Improvement, and Risk Management programs.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in relation to accreditation and clinical policy.
  • Provide support to clinical teams to complete audits and maintain escalation and reporting processes.
  • Liaise with the Accreditation and Quality Partner to ensure successful accreditation against relevant standards.
